I have started this blog to share my passion for wholefoods with you. I don’t believe in putting a label to anything, I prefer to be flexible with what I eat although most my recipes are plant based, gluten, sugar and dairy free.
My mother taught me to cook right from the start and since then she has never been able to get me out of the kitchen. I create recipes for myself but also for my loved ones, there is just something so satisfying about cooking for other people. Food has the power to brighten your day, heal our bodies, transform us to somewhere else in this world and create friendship.
